What our clients say:

“Working overseas, it was not easy to balance the time-consuming, emotionally-draining, financial stresses and uncertainties of divorce in Singapore.

PKWA understood my situation and did exceptionally well to communicate clearly, through email, for me to make balanced and legally-advised choices.

With divorce being a once-in-a-lifetime event, it would not have been possible for me to have done this alone without PKWA to guide me.  They listened and interpreted, filtered out things that would not be helpful for the situation, avoided traps & skilfully manoeuvred the path, gave assurances and communicated next steps and gave me likely outcomes that I would have had to consider to make the best decisions.

PKWA managed to help me close at Mediation1 stage without having to go further to the Mediation2 and Litigation stages for which I am sincerely thankful.

Team consisted of Low Jin Liang with Sheila Cheng & Helen Hui who all worked in unison to help me present my case and negotiate with the plaintiff’s solicitors.” – David Chiu
